An ILM ( Intermediate Labour Market ) allows you to undertake paid work, gain training and get support to work towards job sustainability or using your new skills to gain other suitable employment. Jobs matched to your skills and interests, up to 30 hours a week and for up to 16 weeks (initially). Work specific training provided and Essential Skills for Life.
